Batman: Year One – First Clip

Batman: Year One is an animated version of the landmark 1987 DC comic series from Frank Miller and illustrator David Mazzucchelli. A young Bruce Wayne’s return to Gotham City in his first attempts to fight evil as a costumed vigilante. He chooses his giant bat persona, meets a young Lieutenant James Gordon (already fighting corruption inside the police department) and inadvertently helps create Catwoman, and helps to bring down a crooked political system that infests Gotham. The voice cast includes Bryan Cranston (Breaking Bad) as Jim Gordon, Ben McKenzie (Southland) as Bruce Wayne/Batman, Eliza Dushku (Dollhouse, Buffy) as Selina Kyle/Catwoman and Katee Sackhoff (Battlestar Galactica) as Detective Sarah Essen.
