Been raiding my shelves for TBPs to read a lot lately.

Batman/Dracula: Red Rain
Bloodstorm
Crimson Mist

Daredevil: Guardian Devil

Marvels

V for Vendetta

30 Days of Night

And most recently I re-read every issue of The Boys to date.

Captain America: Sentinel of Liberty

so-so origin story for Cap. Picked up cheap and likely to be passed on for free.

Just finished the second 'Scalped' TP, 'Casino Boogie'. Very good, indeed. I may have to pick up volume #3 when next I'm in Glasgow.

There's a lot of really good stuff coming out of Vertigo, right now.

Astonishing X-Men 27.

Possibly contains one of the funniest X-Books I've read in an absolute age. Wolverine admonishing Cyclops for his bad language and the Happy Days comparisons had me in stitches. Astonishing is still the best X Book on the market and even though this arc has barely started, I'm intrigued to know who is going to do the next one.

I'm not that big on Ellis.
His grasp on the characters seems ok so far but his storyline is not gripping me.

Forgot to mention, I've also read Batman:The Long Halloween and Dark Victory.
And Ennis' initial 12 mini and 6 regular on Punisher.
'Do not Fall in New York City' is great and a departure from the tone of the rest of his first stories for Frank.

Astonishing Spider-Man #40

Still awesome as ever, particularly the Spider-Man Unlimited story.

Avengers United #98

All good apart from the Young Avengers stuff,so boring.

Fantastic Four Adventures #44

Great, loved the Marvel Knights FF story and the classic of FF #41 was cool also.

Wolverine & Deadpool #157

Really liked the Wolverine: Origins story,Steve Dillon's artwork is brilliant,Daniel Way's story is very interesting, and having the Black Widow in the story was a nice touch too.
