I was actually thinking the same thing reading the article. If this incident was related to their decision it wouldn't be a surprise. I love Kelly as a character but I don't think I'll miss her as much now

Same here; if, as the story is suggesting, that she was in talks to not return months ago, then why has it only come to light literally a day after that incident? Riff raff, street rat, I don't buy that.

I wonder how long will Joe Gilgun last now that his star is on the uprise like RObert Sheehan's was? He seems to be getting more high profile now and can it be long before he appears in bigger and better things? I guess that if Being Human can survive a total recast, then maybe Misfits should do the same thing.

A bit ironic and hypocritical since she is of fairly recent Polish descent, and she was a right dimbulb to potentially blow her growing career like that. And don't mistake the character for the actors or actresses playing them.

I agree. I'd not heard about that conviction either until I read that. What a horrid thing to do.

I imagine she will find it very hard to get acting work now. Hopefully.

To be honest, I think Misfits is in great danger of vanishing up its own hoop anyway. That last series had precious little connection with the real world, and I had thought that the whole point of it was people with superpowers in the real world. Not any longer.
