Good luck, sir! I would recommend you get some sort of guide to read along with it, otherwise you won't have a clue what's going on! And respect is due should you finish it - that's something I've never managed.

Finished with Ray Bradbury, now I'm reading A Dark Matter by Peter Straub.

It must be the worst book I've read in ages, or the worst one I've finished anyway, and that's from skimming my way through the last hundred pages just so I could finish it. And the worst thing wasn't that it spends half the book building up to a confrontation that never happens, but its portrayal of some of the female characters which was just appalling. This is going straight to the charity shop this weekend.

But on the bright side I also picked up Worth Dying For, another Jack Reacher book, this week after liking the first one so much. I'm already halfway through and it's starting to become a new must-read series for me to follow.

Yeah that's pretty much all Blood Noir was as well.

I've finished reading Worth Dying For and as I said before I'm really digging the Reacher series. This has definitely become a must read series for me that I'm now scouring second hand book shops for.

But now I'm halfway through The Man With The Golden Gun which I only realized after reading the introduction was the last novel Ian Fleming wrote before he died.

Just started John Sutherland's INSIDE BLEAK HOUSE (still reading OUR MUTUAL FRIEND however - I *may* have a tiny Dickens obsession at the moment...)

A Dark Matter by Peter Straub. Gotta love a bit of Straub.

One from the kindle bargains The Copper Promise by Jennifer Williams a short novella - three characters go in a ancient tomb to find lost treasures. It a refreshing bit of sword and sorcery with a touch of the Grey Mouser tales in terms of setting but some interesting hints at characters secrets. Worth a look!

It did improve, and I totally enjoyed it, even if some of the trailing storylines were left undeveloped.

Now reading The Inheritance by Robin Hobb and Megan Lindholm. The first story, A Touch of Lavender, is one of the wierdest things I've ever read.
