Just finished Children of The Mind by Orson Scott Card. Really enjoyed the whole ender saga, starting on the Ender's Shadow saga when back in the uk.
Just reading Broken Angels by Richard Morgan.

Just finished In the Company of Ghosts by Stephen Hunt, the free novella he was giving away on the Kindle.
Bit of a cheat as the bloody thing ends on a cliffhanger and now there's a months wait for the next bit- which I bet won't be free!

I finished Warbreaker last night and while I did enjoy it, and would recommend it, it's trad fantasy, and comes across as more than a little twee. The prose is simple and clear, and while not marketed as such it does read like a YA book (not that that's always a bad thing). Nowhere near as good as Sanderson's Mistborn books, tho...

Hard Magic, Book 1 of the Grimnoir Chronicles by Larry Correia, an interesting alternate history type set back in the depression, for a brand new book that was sold in the bookshop for $5, it is very good.
