subscription listed as lapsed again

for the second time my subscription to the sfx collection is listed as lapsed, is it just me, do your subs dept object somehow to my view of the buffy episode the body (I am possibly the only person in the world who hates it), do you believe somehow that I don't deserve it because of my willingness to read target dr whos in public, does the fact that I have now saned up to the point that I no longer point out "you do know hes gay" at the endless love for barrowman, DO I SMELL, is my electronic money no longer good enough, I can photocopy some tenners if you need it or pay inn star wars memorabilia, perhaps a 70s r2 model kit or a genuine ewok teddy bear might stop them cancelling my sub on a whim, or maybe some threats because i'm friends with an iceberg and at some point you will have to go on a boat, if I promise to play nice and endlessly post about how great supernatural/chuck/anythingbytheworldsgreatestjosswhedonimpersonator you may remember i exist.
