just seen episode 1, and really enjoyed it. i like the fact that Snow is now the teacher who seems to know more then she's let on. i totally find Emma Swan played by Jennifer Morrison to be belieable and down to earth, i also like her own origin or lack of them so far. i love robert caryle as well he's just awesome in everything and i adore the wicked queen, as even in her mayor guise she is so bloody powerful and stunning. roll on episode 2 tonight

enjoyed the ep last night with the first meeting of Snow & Prince Charming.

Can't believe they've gone and moved it back an hour though, so it clashes with the game of thrones repeat we watch. so annoying !!! will have to wait 2 weeks now to catch the repeat on 5 star at 7pm.

Can't really put my finger on anything in particular I dislike or would change, but at the same time find this is becoming the kind of show which I leave on my freeview box until there's nothing else to watch. I like the concept and I like the characters, Emma in particular...maybe it's a bit too light/fluffy for my taste.

So far my only problem with this is that I can't see how they are going to carry this on.

As a film or an x number of episodes mini-series this would work fine.

As a 22 episodes a year for 7 years format of a show I can't see it lasting.
Unless it descends into becoming a soap opera, which would be a pity.

ps - I hope someone in 7 years will remind me of this and show me I am wrong

It goes back to 20:00 on the 29th. It might be annoying, but five's schedules on Sundays are usually flexible as it generally just shows films from early afternoon until midnight. I guess the the Thursday repeat on 5* at 8 is also awkward for you.

Damn I want me a Prince Charming. Oh and I like how he actually has a name.

I think it's building up really nicely and avoiding expositionary chunks of dialogue which has to be so tempting.

I have discovered an ongoing reaction I have to certain scenes in OUAT tho. I really, really want cinnamon hot chocolate. Like a lot.

I wouldn't want Robert Carlyle as that warlock/imp type character to pounce on me on a dark night and that Ruby sure is something...
