Er, not much of a mystery, given that it seems to be a repaint of the 'Ninja Bruce' figure released with the Begins toy line.

And they are:

• Batman Basic Figures - Batman and Bane color variants in the basic sized class.
• Bat Pod - Changes to armor mode with the press of a button.
• Batman Quick-Tek Vehicles with Figures - Changes from an armored tank into a jet with the press of a button.
• Giant Batman Figure - Articulated 10" tall figure with expandable wings.
• Remote Control Batmobile - The camouflaged Tumbler as an RC vehicle.
• Remote Control Minirides - Miniature RC Batmobile and Bat Pod.

Saw those basic figures in Forbidden Planet today- miniscule, crappy detailing, £8.99 each. It's worse than the Star Wars figure range.
