lol - Dave, we do have a lot of SFX guys who like to alphabetise (is that even a word?!) games/books/DVDs.

I used to, but gave up after my lad kept ruining the order , I just couldn't keep up with the mess he used to make. Now it's a nice neat organised pile of chaos. A contradiction in terms, but a description that works well if you saw the games room!

On IP's - I may get lucky and BT might upgrade our local exchange to Infinity - but the projected upgrades (showing exchange upgrades) to the end of next year doesn't list my local exchange.....so, I'll have to hope that it'll get done in 2013.

EDIT: oh, I meant to say - I have a horrible feeling that the Btea may start at the end of this month.....and I go away for 2 weeks at the end of this month

Personally I think boxed games are goin to be with us for a while. Partly for the reasons you guys have stated with Broadband and also there are a lot of people who want a boxed copy. Music CDs are still hanging in there even though sales are down.

And while SOny charge £50 for a game on PSN they can stick it

When is the beta going live I have the MOH LE so does this mean I will be able to get online tonight I keep reading on different posts that it's 27th-29th or is as Shad said last night it's 27th for MOH owners?

I am trying to secure a bit of playing time tonight if anybody is about for a game or 2??

lol - I was about to post the times!

I'm at home today (working though!) so I'll be firing up the PS3 to download - I may have a meeting later (only a couple of miles away from the house).

I've been watching someone from EA playing the beta over on twitch.tv - looks different. At the moment its only Rush, but rumours are that they are releasing Caspian Border Conquest on Saturday (which unfortunately I'll miss as I'll be off on my way to Pembrokeshire for two weeks!)

I'll on few a few rounds tonight!!

I'm downloading it now!

According to the official forums there are PS3 (and XBox) guys already playing the beta (or at least those that had the MoH LE).

The download is only 1173MB....which should take me about an hour to download!!
