I think the obsession with stats to 'prove' the public sector is doing a good job and the inability to accept liability is causing the whole public sector to get very very angry at the moment. I sincerely doubt that you are alone in your feelings there. If you belong to UNISON or one of the other unions I can confirm from my workplace duties of monitoring the state of industrial relations that they are all fighting back quite hard at the moment. It feels horrible in the meantime though, you have my sympathies as another rather peed off public sector worker who will probably be on strike for the 3rd time in November.

I had similar symptoms to you and it turned out to be PCOS. Hopefully, your dr will find out what it is soon and start treating the symptoms so you can feel a bit better!

Big Hugs to all feeling bad and that includes Perfiditty. Depression doesn't always have to be 'started' by anything. It just kind of sidles up to some people like a cold does. I've forgotten what the technical term is for it.

I hope youse all have a nice day today - it's so lovely and sunny here.

I'm feeling much better than I was the other day. Girly chatting and hugs, a vat of gin, G&B choklit and an unbelievably bad film*, helped nail my feet to the ground on Monday.

Therapy yesterday was a great help too.

But most of all, Rob sitting listening to me all Monday afternoon, and the beautiful texts from my wonderful fellow Wobbly Heads that made me cry with happiness were amazingly helpful.

I consider you folk to be a blessing in my life. Thank you.

And many hugs to DD and Perfiddity and everyone else who needs 'em.

*The film is called InteRrupted. It is by FAR the worst film I've ever seen (and I have watched some BAD movies). If you're ever feeling bad, I cannot recommend it highly enough

I found an instant chai mix (just add hot milk and water), and it makes me feel well happy and makes me sleep well. You can get it in Tesco and Waitrose, I believe.

HUGE HUGS for JJ! Glad you're feeling better honey.

My sleep problemsseemed to be improving but thanks to fire works, Housemates losing keys and generally getting a bit stressed about it all I'm feeling very down and tired at the moment....

Was all fired up to make another doctor's appointment yesterday to talk to my nice GP about it all and their phone system was down and just going through to the emergency out of hours system all day. And today I've got that weird irrational fear of phoning of doctor's again. Hopefully I'll feel better and get something sorted later on.

I'm in that random emotion mood where I'm just not sure how I feel at all.
