Not sure what to do, leave it and see what happens, they do say certain levels of sex and violence are acceptable but nothing about swearing. Or do I submit elsewhere and assume I'll get rejected based on the language.
Replace all the F-words with invented swears. Smeg! Frell! Quilpole!

PG-13 would suggest you could get away with the F word once. I don't know if you've anyway of retracting a submission to there and submitting again? It might be that if they like it they ask you to tone it down, or unfortunately it might be that they get to the second F-word and just stop reading. I guess you just have to wait and see.

Good luck with the Future Shock!

I've submitted my short story to Clarkesworld as well but advised them that it is submitted elsewhere (in case the Orson Scott Card site accept it). Saying that though the Clarkesworld site says its response time is under 2 days!!! Hell that's quick.

Had a rejection from Clarkesworld already - so that's 4 days turnaround time!! Though I'm not downheartened, it was rejected because it went over the word limit. So gonna have to do some serious editing to get it below 8,000 words and re-submit.

There site is pretty good, if you submit you're given a number and yoou can keep track on your submission by looking on their site. The day before got the rejection mine was 14th in the que. Pretty good way of keeping track.

Had my 2000AD Future Shock returned yesterday with a note saying it was not suitable for them at present. Not sure what that means, not suitable, to me, means there's something really wrong with it? There wasn't any bad language and was not overtly gory (the very last panel maybe).

Perhaps the subject matter is the problem, it was a zombie story, perhaps they're flooded with them at the moment.

Have to look around see if there's anywhere else I can submit it.
