Ok, great news!

I know that Frodo1135 will be on, and I'm sure my mate Mozzyd will be too - there's a possibility that there maybe a couple of other guys (three that I can think of now).

All in all, should be a good session.

Now all I need to do is get back from London, late afternoon on a bank holiday weekend.....hmmmm.

All, I'll be on this friday (as normal) - I'll add you all to my friends at somepoint before friday. Also just wondering if you all had the extra map pack (available from the Playstation Store for about £7), as there are a couple of good maps in the pack that you don't get as part of the standard game?

I don;t have the map pack as it doesnt seem to be compatible with my version of COD4....

I've got the map pack, I'm not really a fan of China Town but I love Creek and the TV station one, the name of which escapes me. On Creek I always use the UAV jammer and a silenced weapon so that I can sneak up on the snipers.

Is this possible? I thought there were only two versions; the regular one, which I have, and the Game of the Year edition with which you get the maps for free.

When you go to download the pack on psn it says only compatible with dah-di-da-di-dah (I forget exactly what the number is!) and mine is BLUS 30072.

I had a quick google and found this on Destructiod:

"But there’s an important side note to the map pack. In a post on his blog, fourzerotwo warns that the map pack is region-locked, so you’ll have to log in to your own country’s PlayStation Store to purchase the DLC that is compatible with your disc. In other words, don’t bother trying to download the map pack through an international friend’s account, you pirates:

If you have the GERMAN version of the game, you MUST purchase the GERMAN version of the map pack.

If you have the UK version of the game, you MUST purchase the UK version of the map pack.

Just make sure that the Disc version and the Map Pack version matches up. If you have an [sic] UK version of the game, DO NOT purchase a German version of the map pack. It won’t work. The same goes for any other mismatched version.

Apparently, Infinity Ward is talking with Sony to try and figure out a solution for people who have already spent the $10 on a non-compatible version."

I've seen guys on the Playstation forum who have more than one account (e.g. a US one, GB one and a Australian one)?

Cold comfort for those, like you Pete, who've shelled out £7/$10 with an incompatible disk.

Eyes - TV station map is Broadcast, and yeah, thats a really good one. China Town is a rip off from a previous version of CoD; I do like Killhouse just after a few sniper maps - breaks up the sneaking around with all out blood bath :twisted: !
