I've said somewhere before, we are aware of delivery problems to northern Europe and Scandinavia at the moment. Seems like we solve one problem just for another to spring up. "At the moment"? Christ, It's ALWAYS been like this! I subbed back in 2005 or something and it was the same. I only forgot why I stopped subbing and began again this year. Trust me, it won't happen again.

Have you considered a digital subscription to SFX? If there are recurring delivery problems in your area it might be one solution.

I have. I find it cumbersome to read in bed, in the bathroom etc. I very much prefer to have the actual magazine to read.

I've given up on subscriptions, the USA deliveries seem to be fine for a couple of months and then SFX have to delay an issue to stop UK subscribers seeing embargoed informtation and that issue never makes it to the US.

So these days if SFX makes it to the stores I'll buy it if not then I save the money.

Like Cactus, I've tried the Ipad and it don't work well in the bath or in bed

The Tesco accross the road usually gets the issues in 10days before I get my subscription so I normally have a glance of whats in it while doing my shopping.

I like the ideas of sending it to friends in London.

Funny you should say that, Dave. What's happened to this month's Zinio issue? It's still not up and Zinio are blaming the publisher for the delay. It's the weekend and I have nothing to read!
