How about this...

I've put together a list of all the weekends in July, August and early September (see below). If folk can copy this into an email and send it to me (heading - Offtopica). I'm happy to collate responses and see which weekend most folk are free.

Quite sad to say I actually like spreadsheets....

You could have like the dates across the top, and the people down the side, and, like, different colours for definites, possibles and no-can-dos... oooh ooh!! It'll look all pretty! Oooh you could do like a traffic light system! The column with the most greens and oranges wins...

Or, you know... do it your own way :wink:
