RANT: I'm sick to death of this weather and getting soaked on the way to work every day

RAVE: my new bathroom is finally done, i just need to paint it and it's complete!

Rave - finished my course and last exam

Rave - treating myself to movie and food this afternoon

Rant - I need sleep that may take up weekend!

Rave: Judge Dredd is looking good, and although I'm working 10 long shifts in a row before it, next week I'll be going to see Spiderman and the Dark Knight back to back at the cinema, one way or another.

Rant: What's the deal with all this sun? Bring back the rain! Natural light is not my friend.

Rant: I get really excited about tv shows that end up cancelled or don't even get picked up, like Caprica, Locke and Key etc.. Feel like I'm being forced into trying Falling Skies as I know it's going to be at least 3 seasons worth, even though I'm a bit bored with aliens.

Rave: we got a kitty! He's an 8-wk old ginger tabby and is adorable and cuddly. So far today's antics have had him fighting (and therefore chewing) my foot, and doing an impression of the Alien facehugger.

Aah awesome! I'll be getting two new kittens in three weeks, our other cat got run over last month, luckily my sisters friends cat had kittens the next day so we are having two of those

Rant: Customers who throw clothes over the rails. Really, you've taken them off the hanger, is it that hard to put them back on?? Do you go into someone's house and throw their clothes all over the place??

Rant - Sloooooowwww buggers posting decent vids of Comic-con panels. Everyone bangs on about how superfast tech has made us with communication and on the biggest nerd weekend of the year it goes like treacle.

Rave - nice to see some folk actually mean it when they talk about their fans and the work they've done meaning something to them - Nathan Fillion and Joss Whedon tearing up was nice to see at the Firefly reunion. Summer just looks terrifired.

RANT: work, but it ends on wednesday! Woohoo!

RAVE: Working on a compilation of mucky stories i've written over the last couple of years, which I'll then get printed in a one off as the hubbies christmas present. i am soooooooooooooooooooo bad.

RAVE: Found a steam punk author who self publishes on the kindle. i've fallen in love with his assassin Sicarius.

RANT: Next book not out until september dammit!
