Could you have a bash at making one? Plain cheesecloth muslin is £1-£2 per metre. You wouldn't need more than two metres, I'd've thought. Plus a brown machine dye for about £2. It's a very basic shape (lie him down, draw around him, sew it and add a hood), so you could hand sew it if need be in an evening. If you can access a sewing machine it would take about half an hour. It wouldn't be the most hard-wearing or high quality, but it would do. For £6, you can't say fairer than that!

RAVE: Happy Friday! I actually have a half-day off work today, so this P.M. will see me skipping and dancing down the street going, " la-de", and, indeed, "da". It is possible that I will also achieve a haircut.
RANT: Gillette are money-grubbing bastards. Their eight-pack of razor blades is now a six-pack, yet they are charging the same price. Their perfidy knows no bounds. I hope they are all devoured by mink. Also, "The Best a Man Can Get" is to be eating a bacon sandwich while hearing the news that he's just won a free carpet. This is FACT as proved by SCIENCE. So the f***ers got that wrong, too.

I fancy some Spider-Man this weekend too - have heard it's actually pretty good, and almost anyone would be better than Maguire.
Further Rave - Wolowitz been showing off to girls with the Mars Rover again? Superb (composite and coloured) pic of Mars after the little buggy that won't stop has finished doing it's donuts, like a teenager with a ford Fiesta in an Asda car park. http://www.jpl.nasa.gov/news/news.cfm?release=2012-196

Garfield seems more suited, he has the nerdiness of Peter and the sarcastic, cocky attitude of Spidey. I fell in love with it, one of my favourites of the year, alongside Avengers and Cabin in the Woods

And while Cabin in the Woods was a very typical Whedon effort (subverting genres, twisting stereotypes), it was quite atypical compared to other horror movies - I loved it.Apparently Whedon and most of the rest of the Firefly crew are doing a panel at Comic-Con this year - should be worth looking out for.
