Even without visiting the previous page I can guess this post is about Frank-N-Llama!

RANT: Wifey's ill. Been in bed all weekend with some sort of viral infection.

RANT: Completely run off my feet all weekend looking after everything/everyone on my own.

RAVE: Having a Burns' Lunch in the office today - haggis, tatties and neeps. Yummy in my tummy!

RANT: Lecturers who are so out of touch that they think it's ok to set books that are out of print and then casually say, 'but it's available on Amazon!' Yeah, it is, for about £21!! I'm not paying that for a battered Oxford World Classic, you absolute *expletitive deleted*!

RAVE: Found it on AbeBooks for £6. Thank goodness for that.

RANT: He's still a prick.

I hate the ones like that. Especially the ones who don't tell you what edition of the book they want you to get before the module starts so you buy the cheapest version you can find and then you get to the first lecture and they tell you need a specific version. One that they'll charge you £20 each for. And you need three different books. And then eat in front of you when, because of their specific books, you've had to forgo buying food that week to afford the books

And *breathe*

RAVE: Bought a new duvet as my old one was, well, old.

RAVE: Got a new duvet cover too, and it's zebra print! It's cheered me up!

RANT: I'm getting old if a duvet cover is exciting.
