Rant: Bathroom flooded due to exploded pipe so now the house is full of buildery types all looking bemused because they have to rip out a wall!!!
Rave: Finally met our landlord and he's actually quite nice. Rave: He's finally going to do something about my window. Rant: Our very friendly handyman is as usual clueless as to how to fix the window despite having just been told by the Landlord

Rant: Next doors cat kept me awake all night. It was locked out for some reason and decided to protest about this at the top of its voice all night.
Rave: at 3am it sounded like it was sat crying "why? why?" then "Hello? Hello?" or that could just be me hallucinating because of lack of sleap Rant: work has decided they made an error and got my salary wrong and reduced it by £2000 Rave: having checked on some employment law it seams they can't do this without my agreement in writing erm yeah I'm going to agree to that Rant: unfortunalty one of the things I was going to do with my payrise was join a union but I haven't got round to it yet so I have to sort it for myself

RAVE: Work is going okay. Still some bits I'm shaky on, and I don't like being moved from department to department when I have no idea what any of them actually do, I'm getting there and I'm enjoying it!
RANT: It's too hot! It should not be this hot in April! RANTYRAVE: I am already very freckled. However everyone else finds this cute.

RANT : Don't like this job hunting stuff... Hate it in fact...
RAVE : In the Loop - fantastic film! :lol: unfortunately, due to forum rules almost all the best bits are unquotable... RANT : spent most of my last day at work yesterday filing things and sorting out piles of paper and now my back hurts... RAVE : Day off with the other half this so rarely happens!
