Got sick of waiting for someone to give me Zelda: Spirit Tracks as a late Xmas present so I've ordered it; meanwhile I've gone back to Chrono Trigger on the DS. Best. Port. Ever.

I can't find the 13th ending though, and I don't want to give up and check a walkthrough. I've killed Lavos at every point in the storyline including the sneaky one between giving Frog the Masamune and fighting Magus and I still can't find another ending.

Wotcha waitin' for then  (coming from the guy who plays everything but MW2 at the mo )
You're probably the same opinion as me then. But personally, I'm not waiting for anything... I just don't want it. It's strange though, because as much as I love FPS, I just don't have the interest in them if they're about historical or modern military. Same for the Tom Clancy stuff (Splinter Six and Rainbow Cell and all that) - I find them OTT hard and very unforgiving, so as a result - not fun to play.
See if you can borrow it from someone just for the single player experience. Its amazing, just like a Hollywood flick. With a score from the same guy who did The Dark Knight and voices from Lance Henrikson and Keith David its definately worth a shot.Edge of your seat stuff

Okay, finally completed New Super Mario Wii last night -- such a fun game! If Sonic 4 takes a modicum of inspiration out of this, then we're in for a treat!

I'm back on the Sega Megadrive Ultimate Collection for PS3 now - man there's some classics in there... Some of which I'd never even played first time round! Their decision to include some really old arcade titles in there was genius.

Any more for any more? I'll be putting this sidebar for the mag together later this week.

With any luck, Bioshock 2 will be waiting for me when I get home tonight, incidentally...

Have already sunk about 8 hours into Bioshock 2, which is scary as it was only released this morning. Absolutely gorgeous game and the perfect follow-up to what is already one of my favourites.

I've also lost entire weekends to Left 4 Dead and Left 4 Dead 2. Both games can leave you so frustrated that the controller going through the tv is a risk (kids who don't know how to play, server issues, weird, random disconnections). But when it works, when you have a team that play together they are the perfect multiplayer experience for me. Add to that, ZOMBIES! What's not to love about hitting zombies in the face with a frying pan? I've been preparing for the zombie apocalype since I first saw Dawn of the Dead when I was 11 so for me these games are what i've spent the last 20 years waiting for.
