Patrick Troughton releases I have
Tomb of the Cybermen The Ice Warriors - partial relase The Mind Robber (taped of TV, but is released) The Dominators The Invasion The Seeds of Doom The Wargames. Thats 7 Dr R wells, so I would say wedge is correct on his Troughton figures. 6 full and 1 partial. With the Invasion in the new DVD release, I am no longer considering that a partial release, but even if you do consider it a partial release, that would be 5 full releases and and 2 partials.

The only Troughton DVDs to date are :- The Tomb of the Cybermen The Mind Robber The Invasion The Seeds of Death Complete or partially complete stories that could still be released on DVD are :- The Ice Warriors The Dominators The Krotons The War Games In Wedges post, however, he (or she ??!) says - "that leaves this number of releases left per Doctor: 2nd Doctor - 7" Pretty much all his/her other figures for "Stories still to be released" are correct but the Hartnell and Troughton don't seem to tally with what is already out and what can be released from the archive holdings.

I was counting the old VHS releases as well.
Thats probably what is confusing the issue. What is DVD only, what is video only and what is both.

Ah, I see the difference now ! I wasn't counting wholly missing stories wheras you were to get the exact ratios of what's out vs what was made.

There's some more detail about the Beneath the Surface boxset extras on Eye of Horus if you're interested.

The word is simply pedantic. As in "scanning through the same post to find something to be pedantic about." (I'll ignore the whole "there was me" which should really be "There I was...")
