Suggestions for most unlikely anime adaptation

Can anybody think of a show or movie that doesn't seem likely for an anime adaptation but... strangely appeals as an anime? The more bizarre the better!

Here's a starter: Coronation Street: The Anime! Would be cool seeing anime Northerners (I saw a BBC dub of Lum The Invader Girl many years ago where she had been dubbed with a northern accent... so not so far fetched perhaps!).

They could bring back long dead characters - anime style Percy Sugden? Yes!

They could make the storylines even crazier - maybe chuck some Tenchi Muyo style antics in there. Add a robot or fluffy mascot character!

Fights in The Rovers could be really good - crazy anime powers anyone? "You spilt my pint! Flaming testicle punch of fury!!"

See? It's writing itself! lol What do you reckon?

Wasn't there once a Miss Marple anime once, that is pretty bizarre, although thinking about it they couldn't change it as much as the ITV versions.
And there been Batman/superman/DC done in an anime style.
Animatrix anyone?
And is that 3rd Doctor Who fan anime still being made.
And of course there was a full length Beatles cartoon.
So basically no matter how bizarre (Outnumbered, Gavin & Stacey) it or something similar has probably been considered.

I'd say Red Dwarf could make a decent Anime series
