If you haven't watched Airbender, you'll be missing a few things that turn up. But Legend of Korra as far as I'm concerned is up there with Game of Thrones as must-watch for the year.

I concur. I've only seen the first five or six episodes, but it's already one of my favourite shows ever. Could it be better than The Last Airbender... maybe... it's that good!

Haven't actually seen tlab, but Korra was actually a great show. Will have to check out tlab if I can.

I preferred Avatar: The Last Airbender to The Legend of Korra. The latter seemed to cram too much into too few episodes and lost its way a bit as a result.

As for the UK slot, it is supposed to be in the fall. So far they haven't been pimping it on TV (they usually push new episodes / shows a month in advance) or mentioned a solid date on Twitter, so I suspect we're looking at the back end of October at the earliest.

The wait might almost be over. The Legend of Korra is supposedly starting next month, possibly the 12th.
