Default Dragon's Dogma

Anyone trying this one out? There is a demo on the store but I've got the game and it's great fun and though it is an action RPG like Dragon AGe there is a much more tactical side to the combat.

Plus free pawn!

If anyone wants to try out my pawn he is a fighter level 16 atm , look up my psn at the riftstone. If you have a good mage or fighter I will try them out if you tell me.

I'm really enjoying it at the moment although haven't played much yet been to sunny.

Enjoy the fighting a lot it's what got me hooked in the demo.

Undecided on if I'm going to pick this up. I'm in that "ummm" & "ahhing" stage were I'm not sure.

I like the sound of the game but was left a little dissapointed by the demo. Might be one I get when the nights draw in again I guess.

where are you up to Wad?

I did a few quests in the first town but if you go to the capitol as the game suggests all other quests there are unfinishible or failed immediately, could have done with a warning there.

once you do get there it seems to be a good base and things open up nicely

one warning do travel at night until you can look after yourself it can be rock hard

Went back to village before goin to gran soren. Cleared the well and caught a thief. Had tried rescuing quinna but got killed repeatedly. Now I've spent some time sorting my band together and weapons and skills finding it a lot easier.
Also changed vocation to a magic archer which I am lovin.

At the moment there seems so much to do. After early experience I tend to rest up at night. Lol. Also really like the pawn system
It really adds something to the game..

oops i should have said DO NOT travel at night sorry

I am liking the pawns too,

I was a strider then ranger and my pawn was a fighter turned warrior

I am hiring another fighter/warrior and a mage each time, I also hire ones 10 levels above me to help me get around and for abit of quest knowledge, I have now switched to hiring a mage and a sorceror and changed my ranger into an assassin

then probably go for magic knight as surfing gamefaqs board they are ridiculously overpowered apparently
