Not a graphic novel, but The Works also have Star Wars: Day by Day Vusial Chronicle at £14.99 and its an absolutely stunning book. Ideal for anyone into Star Wars or the socio-historical impact of it.
I got a copy on Saturday. Next best price is about £25 from Amazon. As for comics, some of the Classics Illustarted reprints are reduced for one day only (supposedly) as below:- http://www.classiccomicstore.com/ccs...paign=wizemail |

The Hull branch have just restocked with the 50s edition and now also have the 60s for the same price.
They also have the following: Stephen King & Peter Straub's The Talisman Vol. 1 - £2.99 Fantastic Four: Doomsday - £1.99 (I've had a quick look back and, as far as I can see, these haven't been mentioned. I did try to use the search function but found it's been updated. It's just a pity that the latest version is much less helpful than the previous version. )

I picked up the aforementioned 'The Talisman', 'JLA: The Hypothetical Woman', Byrne's 'Superman: The Man of Steel - Volume 5' and 'Diana Prince: Wonder Woman - Volume 2'... £2.99, each, at The Works - and, for £14, the massive 1280 page hardcover 'Kiss Kompilation' (all of the Marvel, MacFarlane and Dark Horse one-shots and series).
