It's kinda hard to make a list like that when there's only one film on that list that's even watchable.

Why is Phantom Menace in second place and not Clones? Purely because I associate Phantom Menace with a naive sense of optimism and excitement that I had for that movie. Granted, that optimism and excitement was quickly crushed upon seeing the finished article. But the one thing I recall about Clones was a sense of skepticism going in, I just wasn't all that excited like I initially was with Phantom Menace. And that's never good.

Revenge had it's "moments", and it's those "moments" that elevate it above the other three. If you really wanna judge Star Wars movies, how about including the original trilogy in the list? Granted Empire will most likely be people's number 1, with Star Wars (ANH) a close second. The interesting part is, would people rate Revenge of the Sith higher than Return of the Jedi. I watched Jedi recently, there's a whole lot of bad in that movie.

I would rate Jedi above Sith any day for one major reason: I cared about the characters in the OT, by the time RotS came out, I couldn't give a damn about the cast, the story or the prequels in general.

As for rating the prequels in terms of favourite, I tried to watch Sith about two years ago and didn't last more than 45 minutes. I wouldn't watch any of them ever again.
