Sorry, the last one I watched was the one in 2036 with the more oppressive credits.

Ah, yeah. Now they were some excellent credits. How many different sets is that now for the show?

I don't think they shut the bridge to stop Jones crossing universes, but the bridge caused the cortexiphan kids to synchronize with their alt selves, causing the earthquakes in both universes. At least I think.

I wasn't saying they were doing it to stop Jones crossing over. I was saying that they seemed to just decide that the bridge was to blame for the link the Cortexiphan kids had without actually any proof that it in fact was. And that they seemed to gloss over the fact that Cortexiphan kids could sense and travel to the Alt without any help from the bridge before it existed so how come it's suddenly to blame now...

The end made me feel sad. Strange given that for something like a season and a half, the alt's were the 'bad guys'.

Walternate and Walter's scene together was fantastic. In terms of acting against self I can't think of anyone (except maybe Ben Browder in Farscape) or any show that has done as good a job creating two distinct but same characters that Fringe and particularly John Noble have.

Blue credits next week? Or Red?

Have the 2 future episodes had different credits? I can't remember.

Best sci-fi show on TV in recent years. I'm happy that the showrunners have been given a final season - it would have been so sad if it had been cancelled without a resolution. And I shared everyone's sadness at saying farewell (for now?) to the alt team.

Yes I loved this one as well it was giving a possible sense of closure that if we didn't have season 5 then I would need. The Walternate/Walter scene really showed the range of John Noble's acting.

My hope is that they have left enough room to get 13 episodes of story out of iwhatever they end on
