Odd week - while rumaging for bargin recession beating presents spotted Model Zone (near Holborn, London) has a sale on. I now own a C3PO bobble head figure priced at 1.99 and there are other Star Wars and Marvel bobble heads 1.99 - 4.99 stocks limited.

Also picked up a hardcover collection of TV21 reprints for 99p at Forbidden Planet mgt be worth phoning them up before trekking down there though as there weren't that many copies.

In Morrisons spotted Sherlock Series 1 for 6 quid.

Local Forbidden Planet has some Tomy Star Wars collectibles going dirt cheap. Mini busts £1.99 (Got Han Solo, not overly impressed) and the Helmet Collection from £9.99 down to a smashing 99p! Got stormtrooper yesterday, picked up Darth Vader and C3-P0 today. Bargain!

Back in Forbidden Planet - website seems to have "offers" slightly higher than local store so if possible, check before jumping in.

Star Wars Revell EasyKits - various, at a less than rrp price. Picked up Droid TriFighter for £6.99.

Star Wars Micro-Machine vehicles (not the original tinys, but around the 90-100mm reduced from £7.99 to £1.99 including Jabba's sailboat.

Star Wars Bobbleheads at £3.99

http://www.robottradingcompany.com/ are doing a 50% off their ebooks till noon tomorrow, including the 3 ditmar nominated books that were already at 50% off so I picked up 3 ebooks for only £3.36. And itincludes their latest books like Blackbirds.

The Entertainer have the Character Building Doctor Who Dalek Factory and TARDIS Console Room Mega Set for £19.99 and £24.99 respectively.

Boyes have selected DC action figures for £1.99. I spotted Justice League Animated, Green Lantern movie tie-in and DC Universe: Infinite Heroes in the local branch. They also have selected Marvel animated series DVDs for 99p.

Both Boyes and Home Bargains have Star Wars: Power of the Jedi figures for £3.99.
