I suspect the logistics of interviews may make them impractical some are performed several months earlier when the interviews for the month following are not known or guessed at. Similarly what happens when an interview is pulled and the next months brought forward.

Plus the interviews aren't always that cozy, if you see the film "Notting Hill" sometimes you only have a very short while with the star promoting their film before the next journalist is wheeled in

It's a lovely, cute idea, but Dave C is right - I'm not sure about the logistics.

I know who my next interviewee will be (Eli Roth) but I didn't know I'd be interviewing him when I spoke to my last interviewee (James Gunn).

It'd also only really work if the interviewees providing the questions played the game really well. I'm not sure they all would.

Sadly, I don't think that will ever happen - Simon really wanted to do the column, but soon realised he was just too busy to commit to it on a regular basis. And that was when he was making SHAUN OF THE DEAD - now he's starring in MISSION IMPOSSIBLE 3 and even more in demand!

What about a regular pull-out, double-sided poster? One side with a sci-fi hunk on it for the fangirls like me (and gay guys) and the other side with a sci-fi lady on it for the fanboys (and any gay females)

Shame, that

Perhaps it's time to send him some dog pictures and bamboo. A threat that size ought to bring him back

why noy a 'WHAT IF', section , listing who was offered a roll first or if a director had chosen to take a job instead of passing on it. I know it would involve alot of speculation, maybe just a list of what could have been.

A monthly guide to specific show Memorabilia. Each month the SFX staffers choose a different show or film franchise and review some of the memorabilia available for it.

You could do a top 10 of items. Perhaps detail the most obscure or valuable item on the market? Or perhaps the worst tie in ever produced based on that franchise. Perhaps even a quick review of that show/films availablity on ebay. (Annoys me when a lister on ebay describes the item as RARE!!!!! but when you scroll down there's 10 identical items!

Only needs to be a page. Obviously Star Wars would be the easiest to do but there must be some gems for the various Gerry Anderson shows.

A featurette on "Marine Boy". I.e. what it was all about, what it was like and, importantly, how/where to get a hold of the series on DVD.

Or all the incarnations of Superman, how they tie in and how they diverge.
Ooh that would be good.
