If previous years are anything to go by it's only a few days until they put the 2011-12 season up. Then it's just a few short weeks until the start of the new season.

It looks like the new season details have gone live. Not that I've been able to log in yet they seem to have altered the log in process and despite requesting a new password, it didn't seem to register my old one, I'm still having problems entering the site.

I've finally managed to log in. Annoyingly It looks like they no longer have a printable player list which I always found handy. I guess I'll just muddle through, that's unless someone else manages to locate it.

I shall try and get a league up and running over the weekend and will post the details on here asap.

I've done both. I notice that some of the player prices have shot up between seasons. I guess it's going to be fun trying to find this seasons Hernandez, Carroll and Adam.

Well, as promised, I have set up the new Liga De Offtopica 5 H2H for the coming season.

This year I have set up the league differently and it will be a head to head league, which means that rather than just gaining total player points each (which you still do), you play against other memebers of Liga De Offtopica and gain 3 points for a win, 1 for a draw and obviously 0 for a loss. Usual rules of football apply in this years league. Therefore, the winner of this years league may not necessarily be the one who's individual players gains the biggest points total (well, maybe anyway). Man, I hope this is clear, I ain't the best with the words so my apologies if not clear.

Anyway, to enter go to http://fantasy.premierleague.com. (I would suggest copying the web address as opposed to clicking it as it doesn't seem to be liked) register your team and join Liga De Offtopica 5. The code you require to enter the league is

Please note that this league starts at Gameweek 1 so you need to be in then. Anyone wishing to enter after will not be able to so I suggest you get yourselves registered asap.

Nice to see people signing up. Obviously we want many more to join in the fun.

Looking forward to this one, mainly as it's a head to head and there can be some good banter when coming up against each other. Plenty of bragging rights to be had etc.
