Default "Where's my issue?"

Not got hold of the new issue yet? Then share your pain here.

It is valuable for us to know if there are distribution problems, but we have had complaints about this type of post dominating the issue discussion thread. So posts of this kind in the "Discuss the issue" thread will henceforth be split and/or deleted.

Thank you.

I live in Sweden.

My subs copy of 172 arrived TODAY. A whole month after release.
Barely three days after I gave up and went and bought an overpriced, overseas shipped copy (precisely the reason I subscribe).

You cannot seriously think that this is good enough.

As a point of reference, Thursday's issue of New Scientist arrived today as well. If they can get it right, why can't you lot? If this continues I'd be better off getting my sub sent to my Mum (in Buckinghamshire) and having her send it on.

Thanks for this feedback Fishtank - we take this very seriously and so I have forwarded your comments onto our subscriptions fulfilment house. Please note, it is not the SFX editorial team who dispatch magazines but an outside company contracted to do this. I'm not passing the buck! Just explaining who it is that I'll be contacting. Do keep us posted, we hear occasional comments like this (from the USA for instance) but it's not a universal problem and are working hard to sort it out.

Cheers,
Dave

Sorry to reply to the thread again. I went to WH Smith in Waverley Station in Edinburgh tonight as it is somewhere else I get SFX and they don't have it either.

Is there none in Scotland?

There should be, but I emailed our distribution guys to ask them to check. Will let you know if they report any problems.
