Neon Genesis Evangelion. It's taken a lot of blood, sweat and tears in tracking down all the episodes, but finally I can make it past the fifth episode! Currently quite enjoying it.

Where are you up to? Are you watching the original series or the remaster movies "You Are Not Alone" and suchlike?

I'm gonna nab Arrietty today, as I missed it at the cinema. Anyone seen it?

Absolutely loved it. It is slow, but in a good way. A nice antidote to the frenetic, kinetic breathlessness of Dreamworks and Pixar. And my friend said it was a surprisingly faithful adaptation of the first book (which I've never read).

I've just bought Summer Wars and Panda! Go Panda! as they were both on sale in HMV, £10 and £3 respectively, and been meaning to check both out for a while now...

Trying out 'Bodacious Space Pirates'. its looking fun and frothy so far, and its nice to have some space action.

Felt a little duped by that show as there hasn't been much space pirating and the promo lead me on somewhat. Having said that, the plot may be going places soon. I don't actually mind it as a series as it's quite sedate and charming in it's own way.
