Rave: I finally realized that I fancied a guy I was in a play with.

Rant: Shortly afterwards he came and told me he fancied my friend.

Rants: Our next door neighbour threw a lit cigarette over the fence into our garden and set fire to a bush.
Raves: I'm on a week's break from work!

RANT: I have completely wasted my weekend off!

RAVE: I'm having a weekend off! ^_^

RANT: Knowing I'm spending the week alone my mother phones me to tell me that there's been a spate of break-ins where I live and to be very careful. Does the phrase "peace of mind" ring any bells??

Not to mention, (but I will anyway) everytime I've managed to put it to the back of my mind and not worry she phones to see if I'm OK and that I've got everything locked.

RAVES: can't think of one just now, too worried about being bludgeoned to death in my sleep

Lol, I wasted a lot of my week off, but it was still well worth having. :)

Sometimes weekends are there to be wasted, especially if you've had a long hard week at work.

RANT: LIFE SUCKS BIG!!! (worked at weekend, and private life has gone belly up)

I can relate to that, Choo. I work nights, so any kind of social life is out the window.

Hey Choo, I know it's a bit of a cliche, but we've all been there and it WILL all get better again.

RANT: Stocktake took much longer than it should have. And this week I will probably be doing the work of four people.

RAVE: My niece's first tooth in coming through. Aaaaaw.
