RAVE: Got to see the Olympic torch relay come through MK (virtually right past my office) and whip M out of school for a short while so he could see it too.

RANT: Despite having been in work for 7.15am and making up an hour of time, I was told by my line manager that I would have to work another half hour "because I had Morgan with me". Very cross.

RAVE: Making lots of cake for my dad for his birthday and now I shall be making cakes to bring to the cottage meet - woo hoo! I've definitely got my passion for baking/cooking back.

RANT: Someone disliked my Review of By Light Alone (I disliked it BTW) and thinks that it is ok to have brain dead characters who fail to notice the blooming obvious because it is LITERATURE, anyway I would fully explain my point of view but as I read it in October LAst Year I cannot back up my Comments with my memory as surely they must have realised before posting some criticisms of my criticism, has happened before people asking for detailed explanations for my dislike of books I read months or years ago.

Aw, we care - although I'm hoping the 'getting on with it' part doesn't refer to a plan that includes explosives. I've went about with drawn-on eyebrows once too bloody often; once more and they'll just reckon I'm a tranny.
