RANT: Just fired off another complaint to the Environmental Health. Yet again the bin recess is littered with rubbish, no bags in sight. This includes dirty nappies getting chucked in it, unbagged. Last time I cleaned it out there were maggots all over the ground.

Some of my neighbours are disgusting.

Thanks guys...so it's probably a bad idea to try and bring my move forward to this year then! Thinking no point sticking around once I've finished my course and my dad's in care...

RANT: the trapped nerve in my shoulder is showing no signs of buggering off, leaving me in a lot of pain in the mornings and i still have no feeling in my index or middle fingers :(

RANT: I want to go out in the sunshine but can't risk being seen out if i'm signed off sick :(

RANT: My dad has to have eye surgery :-( Found out last night. Also my Grannie is back in hospital but we think she will be going back to the care home fairly quickly.

RAVE: I am loosing weight quite easily and managing to stick to my diet. Yay!

RAVE: Morgan came up with a new word I like so I am going to use it lots. Instead of confused, he says "kerfuzzled".

RAVE: Making new friends and getting back out there making me feel all lovely.

Rant - I found out yesterday I have to wait a further 3 months minimum for my CBT. I feel I'm going down the same road I did a few years ago where I was on a waiting list for over a year, then I didn't get anything.

RAVE: lost so much weight i have gone from a 36 waist to a 32 waist.
RANT: now every pair of trousers I have is constantly trying to fall off me.
