Who Galactica Crossover TV Movie

One of next year’s Doctor Who TV movies will be a crossover with Battlestar Galactica, climaxing with a massive battle between the Cylons and the Cybermen.

"It was only logical that out two biggest ratings hits should come together,” announced spokesman Flora Lopi of the US SCI Fi Channel. "It’s going to be very exciting to see the Doctor and his new companion Avril D’Abord fighting alongside the Galactica crew."

No further clues were given about the nature of the plot, but it is believed that Number Six will be revealed to the mysterious female hand which picked up the Master’s ring at the end of "The Last of the Time Lords".

The production starts filming today for a broadcast around this time next year. Russell T Davies was unavailable for comment.

Is Flora Lopi working for Sci-Fi now?!

Blimey, she gets about.

I can remember that film she made about the Lirpa Loof for That's Life!

thats not exciting as the news i've heard this morning about my favourite singer amy winehouse being the one and only......
Rani....in next years specials.......confirmed by the reliable source that is NME...apparently the doctor will find it really hard to say "no,no,no" to her about something.......?

Instead of this, I propose another Whoniverse TV movie idea, starring 'our' Captain Jack:

Pilates of the Caribbean.

Perfect for John Barrowman.

Fortunately, the rumours going round that
Nicole Ritchie was going to star in Who
were another April Fool Joke.

Pity DWB isn't around anymore-they'd have
swallowed this whopper whole.

You had me fooled for a moment, a second at least. Very funny. Hope we hear more from Flora Lopi in the future.

Avril D’Abord ? ahhhhhhhh ok

I was really surprised how a great show as Doctor Who could be crossed with something so awefully cr*p.

Then I remembered the date.

Any report from the press launch of Doctor Who series 4?

How about a BSG/Stargate crossover instead? Two human teams meet in a forest in fatigues...guns drawn...

Great. Now I want to see a Who/Galactica crossover. Any other 'dreams that can't be realised' you want to give me. And I hate Dr Who, that's how willing I was to believe.

I would pay serious cash to see 'Daddy' Adama put Who in the brig as a suspected Cylon. The president would then want to flush him into space and they could have a 'should she/shouldn't she' phone in. The marketing potential is staggering.

But I'll guess we'll never know for sure.

The Cyberman standing on my desk does remind me of a Centurion sometimes....

Wow! This concept will give me as many nightmares as a crossover between Lost in Space and Space:1999 would. Who is very much in its own reality, it just can't crossover with any other storyline. Now how about a crossover between the old and new Battlestars. Love to see the two starbuck's hit on each other.
