Warner Bros has posted a new Watchmen making-of featurette on YouTube showing the recreation of the '40s superhero team The Minutemen:





Mickey Rourke for Iron Man 2
Variety reckons that Mickey Rourke, whose Hollywood stock is once again on the rise after The Wrestler, is in talks to appear as a villain in Iron Man 2. If it’s true, then we could have our next winner of the "Worst Mumbler In A Superhero Flick" since Nick Nolte in Hulk.

The Apprentice
No, don’t worry. You're not going to have to live in fear of stumbling across a trailer that plasters Alan Suger’s fizzog 30-foot wide on a cinema screen (they’d only be allowed to show that with 18 films anyway). We’re talking The Magician’s Apprentice, a live action version of the classic fairy tale which is currently in development at Disney. According to The Hollywood Reporter Teresa (Bedtime Stories) Palmer has been signed to star alongside Nicolas Cage and Jay Baruchel. Rumours that Matt Smith’s hair will be co-starring as the mop are unfounded.

Not Fade Away
Donnie Darko director Richard Kelly’s production company has bought the rights to Fade, a young adult novel about an invisible teen set in the 1930s, written by The Chocolate War author Richard Cormier, reports Variety.
