Steven King’s Cell To Be A Mini Series
|
Harrison made the announcement at the Montreal’s Fantasia film festival, where he was presenting his current film, an adaptation of Clive Barker‘s Book Of Blood. The mini series will be produced by the Weinstein Company, which at one point was considering turning the book into a film, to be directed by Eli (Hostel) Roth. The article reveals that Harrison considers Cell to be one of King’s best recent books, with opening chapters that will make an incredible first 30 minutes on screen. He adds that he doesn’t see it as a zombie story so much as a Village of the Damned-style chiller, |
