Monster Squad Finds New Director
Warners has announced that Shrek Forever After director Mike Mitchell will helm the long-gestating Monster Squad movie, according to Variety. The film, about the adventures of an international coalition of kids whose job it is to combat a variety of monsters found under beds, has been in development at Warner Bros since 200, and was originally titled Nightcrawlers. Terminator Salvation’s McG was once attached to direct.
