Klingon Keyboard

A computer keyboard featuring letters from the Klingon alphabet has gone on sale in the UK. Priced at £43.99, it comes from Cherry Electrical Products, and is a limited edition. The compnay plans to release further keyboards based on other Trek languages in the future. We’re not 100% sure, but we don’t think it means that Klingon script actually appear on the screen when you type… But we bet there‘s software out there that’ll make that possible.

Who needs software?

All you need is the font.

That is the saddest bit of merchandise I ever heard of. And we wonder why we SF geeks get the pee taken out of us. Sorry but anyone who buys one of these deserves to be beaten up. This from a non-violent Trekkie!

"Sorry but anyone who buys one of these deserves to be beaten up"

I'd be careful, anyone who buys one probably already owns a Bat'leth

Now there's a piece of merchandise to cling on to.
