Doctor Who Christmas Special Title Confirmed Plus Audio Clip

The official BBC Doctor Who website has revealed the title of the penultimate episode of David Tennant's reign as the Doctor and it is... drumroll...

"The End Of Time, Part One"

Well yeah, we had all guessed that might be the case, though we were all thrown a wobbly when Russell T Davies teasingly revealed that it would have a six word title. Well, he was right, if you include the Part One but. So presumably the final Tennant episode will be "The End Of Time, Part Two". Officially.

This is the first time a two-part story in the New Who era has had an umberella title.

The official website also has a brief audio extract from the clip of "The End Of Time" that will be shown as part of Children In need. To hear it, click here.

This reminds me of my partner's mum's main complain about new Doctor Who... "In the old one, you had a story which would be a few episodes - these ones are end in one episode"...
