BBC Worldwide is launching a major new Doctor Who game for various games consoles. Doctor Who: The Eternity Clock will be the first of a three Doctor Who console games developed by BBC Worldwide Digital Entertainment and Games. Doctor Who: The Eternity Clock is being created in full high definition for digital download platforms and is set for release in early 2012, initially on Playstation 3 ®; Playstation Vita ® and PC platforms. Players take on the role of the Doctor or River Song as they travel across time and space to save the Earth, and playing the game involves mastering the complexities of time travel, and how changing one event can have a ripple effect through time.
