Amazon Kindle FireWe just wanted to let you know that SFX and SFX Special Editions are now on Kindle Fire, while Comic Heroes has made it to Google Play. Hoorah! That means they are on every major digital platform: Newsstand for iPad, iPhone and iPod Touch, Zinio for PC, Mac and Android, Google Play for Android, Barnes & Noble Nook and Kindle Fire!

Prices are the same across all digital providers, only the free trial periods are different. So whether you’re brandishing an iPad or an Android phone, a Kindle Fire or a Nook, you can get SFX and the SFX Special Editions at a bargain price with a chance to try before you commit. Until 13 March 2013 there’s a bargain price for individual issues on Google Play too. Please note, Comic Heroes is not yet on Kindle Fire.

The Apple Newsstand and Kindle Fire versions of the magazine come with extra photos in the form of feature slideshows, and video, including a filmed introduction from the editor-in-chief and trailers for the big films. You can also see a coverline-free variant of the cover. All digital versions come with handy hyperlinks throughout.

Buying the mag this way can cost as little as £2.49 per month (compared to £4.50 per issue in the shops) and the US prices are a bargain too.
