Defiance: New Trailer For Upcoming Syfy Show Is Full-On Sci-fi

Syfy has unleashed the new trailer for the TV component of its new multimedia epic, Defiance, and it looks pretty damned impressive. Full scale alien war in St Louis, anyone?

The new trailer also starts to piece together the basic premise of the show. Developed by Rockne S O’Bannon (Farscape), the Defiance stars Grant Bowler (True Blood), Julie Benz (Angel), Jaime Murray (Hustle). The first season is 12-episode long and will be accompanied by an online video game, set to be launched in April. Apparently events in the game will impact on the TV series and vice versa.
