Sci-Fi Bargains Of The Week
It all began with the forging of the Great Bargains… Three were given to the Elves; immortal, wisest and fairest of all beings. Seven, to the Dwarf Lords, great miners and craftsmen of the mountain malls. And nine, nine bargains were gifted to the race of Men, who above all else desired savings. For within these bargains was bound the strength and the will to save the economy of each race. But they were all of them deceived, for another bargain was made. In the land of Shoppingmalldor, in the aisles of Mount Supermarket, the Dark Lord Spendalot forged in secret, a master bargain, to control all others. And into this bargain he poured all his hidden charges, exorbitant postal fees and his will to dominate all cash transactions. One false bargain to rule them all… One by one, the money saving peoples of Earth fell to the power of these false bargains. But there were some who resisted; the SFX Bargains Round-Up led that resistance…
