No Leather Suits For X-Men: Days Of Future Past, Says Singer

When news arose a couple of days back that the costume designer on Bryan Singer’s first two X-Men movies, Louise Mingenbach, would be rejoining the director for X-Men: Days Of Future Past, many were speculating that the film may see a return to the “black motorcycle leathers” look for the mutant superheroes. That’s not the case, Singer has assured us in a Tweet.

We never minded the leather look, to be honest, but it did seem to irritate a lot of fans, so this’ll presumably please them. But can Singer and Mingenbach make yellow Spandex look cool?
