Chloe Moretz’s Carrie Is “Incredibly Moving” Says Co-Star

Chloe Moretz (Kick-Ass, Let Me In, Hugo) is “incredibly moving” in her latest role as the title character in remake of Stephen King’s Carrie.

Californication’s Judy Greer – who plays teacher Rita Desjardins in the film – says, “Chloe’s performance – and this is literal – has brought me to tears on set. She’s made me cry because I find her performance to be incredibly moving. I’m feeling a lot of compassion for her.”

Speaking to E!, Greer also reveals that the famous prom scene – in which Carrie finally goes postal – will be filmed net week, and that director Kimberly Peirce’s take on the action is, “kind of beautiful. It’s really totally jarring and creepy but also in a strange way gorgeous.”
