Christopher Nolan’s Tip For A Dark Knight Spin-Off

Christopher Nolan is so impressed with Anne Hathaway’s take on Catwoman in The Dark Knight Rises, he reckons Warners should give her a spin-off movie.

Nolan told Access Hollywood, “Anne is incredibly precise and articulate about the psychology of the character. She’s really built it from the ground up, it’s just a delight to watch her perform. She’s an incredible character and we’re very excited to see her, and hopefully we’ll leave people wanting more.”

Not that he would be prepared to direct any such film himself. As SFX reported ages ago (but people still keep asking him), and he reiterates to Access Hollywood, “For me, Gotham and these characters, I’m done… I’ve told our story and I’m moving on … [but] I certainly think she deserves it, she’s incredible.”

Well, any Catwoman movie would be a welcome mindbleach after the Halle Berry version.
