• The BBC has announced that The Doctor Who Experience in Cardiff will open its doors to the public on Friday 20 July. This was the exhibition that was previously at London’s Olympia. Tickets for the attraction will go on sale at 10am on Thursday 14 June. [via Doctor Who News]
• Lance Henriksen seems to think a Millennium movie is still a possibility: “I think it’s going to happen,” he said at the press junket for the upcoming animated series, TRON: Uprising. “I really do… There’s a big push on right now and there’s a lot of crazy people involved in it. They’ve written a book with interviews with everybody that was on the show including [Frank] Spotnitz and me… It’s crazy that you wouldn’t give it a shot. It doesn’t have to be a $30 million movie either. There’s a lot of fans out there in 65 countries. I can’t go into any other country without them wondering when the movie is going to be made.” Nice idea, but we’re not convinced, to be honest… Even the name somehow seems dated. [via Coming Soon]
• Spanish director Isabel Coixet (The Secret Life Of Words) has signed on to direct The Age of Adaline, a fantasy romance about a woman who doesn’t age. [via The Hollywood Reporter]
• Warner Brothers has delayed the release of Alfonso Cuaron’s eagerly-awaited Gravity. It was originally scheduled for 21 November 2012, but will now be released sometime in 2013.
