The Golden Globes were handed out in Hollywood last night, the movie section of which is always regarded as a good indication of where the Oscars might go. And there were a few fantasy winners picking up the gongs, including Hugo, which we reckon should have swept the board.

Dinklage especially seemed delighted by his award: “Hopefully it will give that genre a little bit more respect,” he told reporters backstage.
Jessica Lange highlighted her hairdo and massive monologues she had little time to learn as the main challenges in her role: “The hairdo really tested my patience,” she said to laughs. “The final monologue I had in last episode was something I had to nail down in an incredibly short period of time… To me, that’s more important than any of physical things.”
