Doctor Who “Let’s Kill Hitler” Overnight Ratings

Impressive start to the second half of the series

Doctor Who “Let’s Killer Hitler” was watched by 6.2 million viewers on its initial Saturday night screening on BBC1.

It was the second most viewed show of the day after The X-Factor. This is the (joint) second best overnight viewing figure of series six so far, only being beaten by “The Impossible Astronaut”. “A Good Man Goes To War” achieved 5.5 million on overnights. It’s worth pointing out once again – this is a fantastic figure for a UK drama, and when the final consolidated figures come in it’s sure to leap up significantly.

As usual the day after a new episode, Doctor Who is currently number one on the BBC’s iPlayer service.
